How finished minutes work
Finished video minutes are the output measure. For each project and billing cycle, usage is the longest duration you exported. Re-exporting an equal or shorter revision consumes nothing extra. A longer revision adds only the difference.
Raw recording time and agent runtime are not finished minutes. Included minutes replenish monthly and do not roll over. A separate AI allowance covers agent recording, analysis and narration; script rewriting and ordinary manual editing do not consume it.
Top-ups and seats
- A $40 production pack adds 15 finished minutes and proportional AI capacity.
- A $20 AI-only pack adds half of that pack's AI capacity.
- An additional Business editor is $50 per month and adds 15 finished minutes, prorated mid-cycle.
Purchased balances last 12 months from purchase. Included allowance is used first. Automatic top-ups are off by default.
The 7-day trial
- Seven days, card required, one complete video up to three finished minutes. No permanent free plan.
- Includes agent recording, narration, editing, captions and a watermark-free download.
- Exporting does not end the trial. Starting a second video offers an explicit Start paid plan action, which begins a fresh billing period with the full allowance.
- Otherwise your selected monthly plan starts at expiry. We show the exact amount and date at signup, remind you 48 hours before, and you cancel in billing settings.
- Running out of trial generation allowance never triggers a payment.
- If a failure on our side prevents you from evaluating DemoGlow, we restore the affected allowance and lost trial time.

These are defaults for changing your mind. They do not limit remedies for billing errors, service failures or rights that apply where you are.
What is not included yet
DemoGlow records browser workflows through its Chrome extension or its agent. Desktop recording and importing existing videos are not part of the current offer. Videos export as 16:9 MP4 with captions as SRT and VTT. There is no direct publishing to YouTube, a CMS or a help center; you download the files and use them where you like. Voice cloning for Solo is planned as a paid add-on and its price is not set.
